Frequently asked questions
Does Free Offline really work with no internet?
Yes. It's a full local Windows install of the core job-manager app, with no hosted sync, card, or account required.
What happens when the Pro trial ends?
You fall back to Free Offline behaviour and keep your local data. Choose Starter or Pro from the plans page to keep hosted sync, the custom domain, and API access.
Is Hosted Lifetime still for sale?
No. Hosted Lifetime is closed to new sales. Previously issued Lifetime licenses remain grandfathered under their existing terms.
Can I get my data out if I stop paying?
Yes. Every job, customer, invoice, and setting can be exported as a complete readable export at any time, on any plan.
