MG Jobs by Midnight Grid
Book, dispatch, and invoice from one board that keeps working when the jobsite has no signal — built for the trades that can't wait on a connection.
The installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows may say “Windows protected your PC”. Choose More info, then Run anyway. Why, and how to check the file.
MG Jobs is built for plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, roofers, garage-door companies, and other service businesses that run jobs in the field, not just at a desk.
The Windows desktop app keeps working without internet: create jobs, update status, and record work at a jobsite with no signal. Sync resumes on its own the moment a connection returns. Free Offline stays a fully local Windows install with no hosted sync, card, or account required.
Shipped workflows, not a roadmap:
Capture and track leads through to booked, repeat customers.
Quote a job, send it, and convert an approved estimate straight into work.
A spreadsheet-style board for the whole day's work, with inline edits.
Field crews see their jobs, update status, and log completed work.
Turn a completed job into an invoice and take payment.
Track parts ordered for a job alongside shelf and truck stock.
Revenue, jobs completed, and technician performance at a glance.
Customers view job history, invoices, and photos on their own page.
Hosted sync keeps the office and field crews on the same board.
Automatic local backups plus a complete readable export on demand.
The app verifies signed licenses and updates before trusting them.
Illustrative previews of the dashboard, jobs board, and settings — not real screenshots, and no real customer data.
Prices are set by Midnight Grid and can change — see current pricing before you buy.

MG Jobs was built by Midnight Grid to run its own dispatch board first. The garage-service business has its own site, bookings, customers, and staff. MG Jobs checkout, downloads and account management live at account.midnightgrid.com. Garage-door repair customers and MG Jobs software customers are separate, and their records are never mixed.
