2015 Honda Civic making a groaning/grinding noise when turning left at low speeds. Power steering fluid is full. Noise seems to be coming from front right wheel area. Any ideas?

Classic symptom of a failing CV joint. Check the CV axle boots for tears or leaking grease. If the boot is torn, you'll need to replace the entire CV axle. Jack it up and check for play in the wheel too.

Agree with Marcus. Also check wheel bearings while you're at it. The noise when turning is textbook CV joint though. Pretty common on Civics of that generation.
